CLASS ACTION TRIAL. TO DETERMINE: WHAT IS, OR IS NOT JUSTIFIED AND FAIR; BETWEEN ALL PARTIES involved in medical billing issues due to the realities of life, be it accidental or not.
This is now: a matter involving a debt for services going over, the paid up $66,000.00: not enough/ as is their continued billing! For a one hour outpatient operation to repair a broken tibia leg bone (plate and 8 screws). Realities of fact, have been proven over the last year. Realities of class action were warned distinctly and repeatedly; and their response was to find another debt collector. Final ultimatum of intent was given 3 weeks or so ago. WITH the acknowledgment, STOP THIS, OR WE GO TO COURT, under class action; I will no longer, turn away. Their Time: has past without response. Today it is my turn: want it or not. DEMOCRACY IS: let law/ not rulers, decide!

When democracy lives; it shares with us all, the rights and the freedoms that give we the people equal standing in our relationships with society. By the justice formed in laws we do create for ourselves. Originally this USA could not do “pure democracy”/ because the tools were not available. Simple as that
today those tools are here to stay, and we may use them to create the truth of what democracy was always intended to be:
NO RULERS/ only the laws, we create, decides.
When democracy dies: it strips from us all our rights to decide for ourselves/ because those who do want to rule us claim to be superior; and create the obstacles which impede our freedom to decide. As is the end of manufacturing/ destruction of all resources/ pollution and poisoning of everything/ mutilation of nature as is “DNA”/ EXTREME EXPERIMENTATION, to play god/ extinction surrounding us all, as is true by the evidence.
As a nation: we do not know/ because media is served up as the basis of your knowledge; and universities tell them what to say. Businesses are attacked/ claims of expertise rules now, as with covid/ indoctrination of every child, as is the religion of universities taking control over life and expounding “evolution is god”. Failure everywhere, as the terrorists are found in universities, government, and all forms of leadership throughout this USA.
The struggle to return to democracy rules us: is a reality of change must occur. That reality begins with redress, our first amendments law: of we the people are the owners here, and today we demand to know/ to investigate/ and to decide for ourselves, if we have been betrayed; and if we demand change, as is needed by our own vote. To rule this nation as WE THE PEOPLE, are a democracy here!
The foundation of all law, as a society is: “we decide and we enforce”. Which means: when confronted by those who refuse to obey what is justified and fair to US all/ criminals are to be prosecuted. Identify them, and work to divide and separate those
who serve our democracy; from those who don’t.
The destiny of human choices begin!
Your choice is to stand up for life and nation or world, “sign your name”; accept whatever risk you believe there is. Choosing to build, for a different world. By saying of democracy: THIS IS, OUR ANSWER! LET THE LAW, we the people chose: DECIDE!
LET WE THE PEOPLE DECIDE for ourselves:
WHAT OUR LAW, as nation, state, or world: SHOULD BE!
There is no other way to change this nation, state, or world.
Therefore trial asks of you: to investigate what is true.
If you refuse to join: this right of existence/ this legal path to change: will simply go away. As will your world! Because the evidence is clear: “only truth survives”;
and you are surrounded by lies. To be clear: I, AM NOT the choice you will make/ I, am NOT your leader; etc! I merely OPEN THE DOOR: what you do with that opportunity, is only about YOU.
WE THE PEOPLE MEANS: LITERALLY “WE THE PEOPLE” HAVE A VOTE. We are: THE OWNERS HERE!
AND NO employee shall rule us: we own rights, and guarantees.
WE OWN: this state and nation! It is ours, NOT theirs!
In this USA: the foundation for legal change, is first amendment constitutionally guaranteed “redress of grievances”!
Translated, it means: make the people informed/ let the people decide!
POWER HATES THAT ANSWER: so it is up to you, “to make them OBEY THE LAW, of our DEMOCRACY”.
THE FIRST TEST IS: CLASS ACTION AGAINST, “the tyranny” of MEDICAL BILLING; TO DEMAND: “JUSTICE IS, FAIR PLAY”.
FATE: means, you have chosen to disregard the truth of our situation/ you have relied upon believing what you want to believe. And will then be subjected to: the reality of consequences, which you deliberately chose. Using arrogance (we are gods)/ apathy (nothing matters but me)/ and disrespect; I am my own god now. To prove as a nation or world: the summary is,
you do, deserve what you get!
Opening the door to, “you change” is: my only necessary job!
Everything else: depends upon you.
This world lives, “because of things you did not do”! This world dies as well: because of things you did not do/ or choices, you did choose to do. TRUTH DECIDES: not your beliefs. The evidence, all points to extinction, through HELL.
